The STULZ range of services offers service contracts individually tailored to your requirements: remedial maintenance, system checks, servicing, preventive maintenance – you determine how extensive you want your service package to be.

1. Technical Facility Management

The "Technical Facility Management" contract combines the different services for various technical areas

Together with our partner companies, we provide complete care of your systems in the areas air conditioning, power supply and security, while providing an 24/7 emergency callout service for all business relevant areas of your technical infrastructure, such as IT and telecommunications equipment, for example.

Contract components:

  • Fault rectification during STULZ hours of business

    For you, an operator of business critical equipment rooms, STULZ keeps service personnel, tools, spare parts and a central point of contact at the ready. Service is available regionally at the STULZ subsidiaries during STULZ hours of business.

  • 24/7 emergency callout, reaction time of less than 4 hours

    Take advantage of our 24/7 emergency callout and on-site service within a 4-hour deadline. Faster callout times are possible subject to individual agreement. If required, technicians can be called out throughout Germany from a central call center.

  • Servicing in accordance with manufacturers' specification

    This extended service package maintains your air conditioning system’s warranty in compliance with prescribed service intervals.

  • STULZ Service Portal

    As a plant operator, wouldn’t you like to stay actively informed about the job status, from placing orders to invoicing? The STULZ Service Portal provides secure Internet access for you to digitally track the progress of orders by STULZ and all connected partner companies.

  • Leak tests in accordance with the F-Gas Regulation

    STULZ makes sure that you, the plant operator, are in compliance with current legislation. To document this compliance, we also take on the maintenance of operating manuals.

2. Comprehensive Maintenance Contract

The Comprehensive Maintenance Contract combines preventive maintenance with budgeting peace of mind

A Comprehensive Maintenance Contract with STULZ  promises you maximum availability for your technical  infrastructure and absolute peace of mind regarding your budget, thanks to fixed rates. Wages, consumables,  spare parts for repairs – everything that helps to make your air conditioning, and therefore your system technology,  reliably available, is included.

3. Preventive Maintenance

The Preventive Maintenance Contract combines servicing and remedial maintenance

If you decide on a Preventive Maintenance Contract with STULZ, you have chosen complete maintenance of your system (see Service Contract). In addition, we carry out repairs within a time frame individually defined by you. This saves you time and administrative work.

4. Service Contract

The Service Contract ensures your system's availability

Sign a Service Contract with STULZ to permanently keep your system in optimum condition. Our regular, preventive service visits include wages and all consumables, such as air filters and steam cylinders – keeping your system constantly in top condition and your IT reliably available. And if ever a repair is necessary, we advise you in good  time and carry out the work when you place an order.
