The Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (Gesetz über die unternehmerischen Sorgfaltspflichten in Lieferketten, LkSG) addresses the responsibility of German enterprises to respect human rights and environmental standards in global supply chains.
Stulz Verwaltungs GmbH & Co.KG is subject to the Act and published its policy statement and BAFA-Report on the fulfillment of the related due diligence obligations in 2024. As part of the Stulz Group, STULZ GmbH is also committed to the due diligence obligations and implements appropriate organization structures, procedures and measures.
The complaints procedure as required by the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains
The complaints procedure enables persons to report human rights and environment-related risks as well as violations of human rights-related or environment-related obligations that have occurred as a result of the economic actions of an enterprise in its own business area or of a direct supplier. The complaints procedure is accessible to potential parties involved and information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
